How to use the wrist ball
Step 1: Hold the gyroscope ball in your hand, rotate the core upwards, and use both thumbs.
Spin the rotor repeatedly until it reaches the corresponding elastic core position in the direction of the arrow.
Step 2: Hold the wrist ball firmly, then immediately release your finger from the spinner. The spinner will operate at a speed of 1,500 to 3,000 RPM. Simultaneously, slowly lower your palm while rotating your wrist. Generate enough power to maintain the spin of the gyroscope ball at or above the starting speed.
Step 3: As you gradually increase your base speed, you will feel the same rotating gyroscope force increasing synchronously in your wrist and arm.
